加拿大中信二十五年來大事回顧
| 1979 | - 汪予理姊妹接受美國中信差派，成立加拿大中信，上任為代執行幹事。 |
| 1981 | - 派出第一隊卑詩內陸福音隊。自此以後，向散居加國偏遠小鎮同胞傳福音一直是加拿大中信的使命。 |
| 1983 | - 搬進溫哥華京士威辦事處。 |
| 1986 | - 陳再來牧師上任為執行主任。 |
| 1987 | - 搬進溫哥華緬街辦事處。 - 開展海外宣教，差出第一對宣教士梁耀文牧師夫婦，從多倫多到中美哥斯達黎加。 |
| 1989 | -
從美國中信接手寄發「中信月刊」給加國讀者，文字宣教踏進一個新里程。 - 成立雷卓明牧師記念基金，以悼念於八八年十二月三日去世的助理執行主任雷卓明牧師。 |
| 1992 | - 卡城輔助中心的成立，標誌著城市宣教的誕生。 |
| 1993 | - 購買列治文Horseshoe Way一個辦公室作會址。 |
| 1995 | - 謝偉光牧師/博士上任為執行主任。 |
| 1997 | - 出售列治文會址及搬進溫哥華菲沙街辦事處。 |
| 1999 | - 對外分享位於Metrotown的中信中心異象。 - 籌得購買中心所需的一百二十五萬元首期。 - 購買Metrotown 現址，並於十一月十四日舉行新會址成交感恩暨總幹事江錦培牧師就職典禮。 |
| 2000 | - 大溫哥華中信中心開幕禮於九月十六日舉行。 |
| 2001 | - 差派容瑞華宣教士往泰北。 |
| 2002 | - 開展小城宣教。在各大城市委任區代表，開始探訪散居各小鎮的同胞。 |
| 2003 | - 滿地可中信中心於四月一日成立。 - 董根弟兄加入為巡迴宣教士，負責卑詩省小城宣教事工。 |
| 2004 | - 江從星弟兄加入為巡迴宣教士，負責草原省份小城宣教事工。 - 十月份舉辦香港藝人加國巡迴佈道會，慶祝加拿大中信銀禧紀念。 - 十月十七日舉行加拿大中信銀禧誌慶感恩崇拜及晚宴。 |
Major Events of CCM Canada in the past 25
years
| 1979 | - Ms. Esther Wong was commissioned by CCM USA to start CCM Canada. She became the Acting Executive Secretary. |
| 1981 | - Organized and sent out the first Gospel Team to B.C. interior. This has become our long-term ministry in reaching out to our kinsmen scattered in remote towns in Canada. |
| 1983 | - Moved to Kingsway office in Vancouver. |
| 1986 | - Rev. Theodore Chan became Executive Director. |
| 1987 | - Moved to Main Street office in Vancouver. - Overseas Mission began with the commissioning of our first missionary couple Rev. & Mrs. Stephen Leung from Toronto to Costa Rica, Central America. |
| 1989 | - Took over from CCM USA office the responsibility of mailing the Chinese Today magazines to Canadian subscribers. This was a milestone for our
Literature Mission. - Rev. Ray Lui Memorial Fund was set up in memory of our Assistant Executive Director, Rev. Ray Lui, who passed away on Dec. 3, 1988. |
| 1992 | - The opening of the Calgary Service Centre signified the beginning of CCM's Urban Mission. |
| 1993 | - Purchased our office at Horseshoe Way in Richmond. |
| 1995 | - Rev. Dr. John Tse became Executive Director. |
| 1997 | - Sold the office in Richmond and moved to Fraser Street in Vancouver. |
| 1999 | - Shared with the public the vision of CCM Centre in Metrotown. - Raised the $1.25 million for the down payment of CCM Centre in Metrotown. - Purchased and held Thanksgiving Service for our new CCM premises and the Installation of Rev. Edwin Kong as our Executive Director on November 14. |
| 2000 | - Grand opening of the CCM Centre of Greater Vancouver in Metrotown on September16. |
| 2001 | - The commissioning of Praise Yung as missionary to Northern Thailand. |
| 2002 | - Launched our Rural Mission across Canada to reach small town Chinese. Appointed local representatives in major cities to begin visiting small towns. |
| 2003 | - Opening CCM Centre in Montreal on April 1. - Recruited Tom Tung as itinerant missionary for B.C. rural mission. |
| 2004 | - Recruited Daniel Kong as itinerant missionary for Prairie Provinces' rural mission. - Evangelistic rallies with HK performing artists held across Canada to celebrate our Silver Jubilee in October. - Silver Jubilee Thanksgiving service and banquet on Oct. 17. |
