祈求和感謝

加拿大中信盼望您能與我們一同慶祝二十五週年，一同讚美上帝，向祂獻上感恩！靠著主的恩典，加拿大中信歷年來成就了許多事工，讓我藉此機會與大家分享四分一世紀以來的片段。

由一位姊妹到同工團隊
於1979年，美國中信委派汪予理姊妹獨自一人到溫哥華成立加拿大中信。廿五年來，加拿大中信已發展至一個廿多人的同工團隊，有本地巡迴及派注海外的宣教士，還有溫哥華、卡加利和滿地可的同工，以及無數義工同心為福音的緣故為主作工。

由Downtown到Metrotown
起初我們只租用一間數百呎平方的辦公室，位於溫哥華市中心Hastings Street，又先後遷往Kingsway、Main Street和烈治文區的Horseshoe Way，後來搬回溫哥華的Fraser Street。現在我們於本立比市Metrotown安頓下來，在面積超過13, 000平方呎設施內，努力發展本地和世界各地事工。

由單元事工到多元事工
中信的宣教刊物《中信月刊》是我們的文字宣教事工，把福音透過文字帶到數以萬計的家庭中。於1987年，加拿大中信差派第一對宣教士到中美洲哥斯達尼加，自此開創了海外宣教。今日，我們與世界各地的中信辦事處合作，把數十位宣教士差到世界多個不同地方。城市宣教於1992年成立卡城輔助中心時開始，此後更發展至溫哥華和滿地可。兩年前，我們開展了小城宣教，藉此接觸到散居偏遠小城的僑胞。今日，我們有兩名巡迴宣教士在卑詩內陸和草原省份到處探訪傳福音，事工更遠至魁北克省。

由加拿大到世界各地
加拿大中信是全球多間中信之一。雖然加拿大中信當年由美國中信總部支援成立，但我們於多年前已經獨立。今日，中信已遍佈台灣、香港、澳門、澳洲、紐西蘭、新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、菲律賓和哥斯達尼加等地，有些中信的發展已頗具規模，部份仍在開墾階段。無論如何，我們都在中信的旗下，秉持中信的使命:「福音傳華民、恩澤遍萬邦」。

我們深信，已經成就大事的祂，將要成就更大更美的事！

We Have Come a Long Way

CCM Canada invites you to join us in praising and thanking God for his goodness as we celebrate our 25th Anniversary! By God's grace, we have had noteworthy accomplishments, so please allow me to walk you back through some of them from the past 25 years.

From One Woman to a Team of Men and Women
In 1979, Ms. Esther Wong was commissioned by CCM US to single-handedly set up a Canadian office in Vancouver. In 25 years, we have grown to a staff team of more than 20, with local and overseas missionaries, staff in Vancouver, Calgary, and Montreal, and the support of countless volunteers serving together daily for the gospel's sake.

From Downtown to Metrotown
Our humble beginnings were in a tiny office, a few hundred square feet in size, in the downtown Vancouver area on Hastings Street. From there, we moved to Kingsway, then Main Street, then Horseshoe Way in Richmond, and then back to Vancouver on Fraser Street. We are now settled in Metrotown, Burnaby with over 13,000 square feet of space to serve the Lord locally and globally.

From Single Mission to Multi-Mission Focus
CCM's "Chinese Today" magazine, our Literature mission, was our first mission focus which brought the gospel of Christ directly to the homes of thousands of non-Christians. In 1987, we sent our first missionary couple to Costa Rica, Central America, and thus began our Overseas mission. Today, together with CCM offices worldwide, we are sending missionaries into many different parts of the world. Our Urban Mission began in Calgary with the founding of the Calgary Service Centre in 1992. We, subsequently, established two more centres in Vancouver and Montreal. Two years ago, we launched our Rural mission to reach the many Chinese scattered in small towns across Canada. Today, we have two full-time itinerant missionaries for British Columbia and the Prairie Provinces and our ministry is reaching as far as Quebec.

From Canada to Countries Around the World
CCM Canada is one of many CCM offices. Although CCM US was our original headquarters, we became independent several years ago. Today, you will find CCM in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Costa Rica. Some are well established and some are in their early development stages. Under the name and mission of CCM, we all serve the Lord in: Reaching the Chinese to Reach the World.

Great thing He has done, and greater things He will do!
